Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Subsea Engineer to join the Marine Operations Division. The role involves leading subsea planning, diving operations interfaces, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco engineering standards, while providing technical input on new or decommissioning projects.

The candidate should have significant offshore experience as a lead or field engineer and hold a Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical/Marine Engineering, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Marine Engineering; Master’s in Subsea/Pipeline preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of subsea engineering experience in oil and gas.
• Significant offshore experience in lead or field engineer roles.
• Experience with international marine regulatory bodies and subsea practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore planning and offshore execution of subsea operations.
• Provide the main interface between diving operations and customers.
• Act as focal point for SOW reviews and engineering compliance.
• Ensure subsea work complies with Marine Operations Manual and guidance documents.
• Provide technical input for decommissioning or new projects as needed.
