Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Subcontracts Lead to drive sourcing and acquisition of materials and services, manage supplier performance, and oversee the full subcontract purchase order lifecycle supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS).

You will ensure effective communication of requirements to suppliers, ensure export/import obligations are met, and serve as Raytheon's primary contractual interface for production and service deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in sourcing and contracts; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven ability to lead complex sourcing aligned with program goals.
• Experience managing supplier performance, on-time delivery and quality.
• Full subcontract lifecycle expertise: RFP, negotiation, award, and post‑manufacturing admin.
• Strong cost/price analysis skills with best-value outcomes.
• Knowledge of export/import regulations and global trade coordination.
• Experience improving subcontracting via CORE methods and tools.
• Ability to deliver data-driven supplier performance reporting to leadership.
• Collaborative, cross-functional work with legal, contracts, compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead sourcing and acquisition of materials and services aligned with program requirements.
• Drive supplier performance through oversight of delivery and quality.
• Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from RFP to award and post‑manufacturing administration.
• Perform complex cost and price analyses to determine fair terms.
• Ensure export/import requirements are implemented with the Global Trade team.
• Apply CORE methodologies to improve subcontracting efficiency.
• Provide data-driven reporting on supplier performance to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with CONUS subcontract managers and internal partners for synchronized activities.
• Maintain supplier administration and communication for ongoing performance.
