Job summary

RTX Corporation in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Subcontracts Lead for onsite roles in Jeddah or Riyadh. The position oversees sourcing, supplier performance, and the full subcontract lifecycle to support FMS and DCS customers.

The role requires communicating requirements to suppliers, ensuring export/import compliance, and coordinating with Global Trade and legal teams. Travel up to 25% within the region is expected for a long‑term assignment under an MOU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with relevant experience in sourcing and procurement.
• 8+ years’ experience for bachelor’s, 6+ years for advanced degree.
• Proven ability to manage supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery.
• Experience across full subcontract lifecycle including RFP, award, and post‑manufacturing administration.
• Strong cost/price analysis skills with ability to negotiateBest‑value terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and acquisition aligned with program requirements and business goals.
• Drive supplier performance with oversight of delivery and quality.
• Manage subcontract PO lifecycle from RFP to post‑manufacturing administration.
• Conduct cost and price analyses to determine fair pricing and negotiate terms.
• Ensure export/import requirements are implemented in coordination with Global Trade.
• Apply CORE methodologies to improve subcontracting efficiency.
• Provide data‑driven reporting on supplier performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CONUS subcontract managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain supplier administration and resolve issues while managing relationships.
