Qualifications

• High School or technical training in welding.
• Shipyard classification society certification.
• Ability to read ship design drawings and mark main plate.
• 12+ years of Offshore Shipyard/Ship repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform flat block assembly safely, on time and per specs.
• Follow all drawings and documentation to ensure quality.
• Operate remote-controlled crane and related equipment.
• Coordinate with production planning and quality control for timely completion.
• Maintain equipment and ensure HSES compliance and safe work environment.
• Create inspection reports and progress updates for projects.
