Job summary

SGS is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer in Riyadh to lead structural analysis, design and drawings for diverse projects. The candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams, review and approve shop drawings, and ensure project codes and standards are met throughout construction.

The role requires 5–7 years in structural engineering, fluency in Arabic and English, and strong knowledge of Revit, ETABS, SAP2000 and other design tools. Immediate joining is favored.

Qualifications

• Required: Civil/Structural Engineering degree and 5–7 years of experience.
• Proficient in Revit (Structural) and design drawings.
• Fluent Arabic and fluent English for collaboration and reporting.
• Familiar with SBC and Saudi Council of Engineers registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design.
• Prepare and review structural drawings and Revit models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural aspects.
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and project requirements.
• Conduct inspections and assessments at project stages.
• Stay updated with advancements in structural engineering practices and software.
• Perform tasks assigned by the line manager related to scope and projects.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals for structural components
