Job summary

Areeb Human Resources is seeking a Pitch & Landscape Manager for a Riyadh-based client in stadium landscaping. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate teams, and ensure high-quality grounds maintenance.

Develop and implement landscaping plans aligned with facility requirements, sustainability goals, and client expectations, while monitoring plant health, soil, and irrigation systems. A relevant Bachelor’s degree is required; 7–10 years in landscaping with at least 3 in supervisory roles,

Qualifications

• Experience in stadium landscaping and operations.
• 7–10 years in landscaping operations, with at least 3 years in supervisory or engineering roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering, Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscaping activities including planting, irrigation, pest control, and grounds maintenance.
• Develop landscaping plans aligned with facility requirements and client expectations.
• Monitor plant health, soil, and irrigation systems; schedule maintenance.
• Inspect completed work for quality, safety, and specifications.
• Manage budgets, resources, and procurement of equipment and plants.
• Train and evaluate landscaping staff; promote safe work practices.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and facility managers on landscaping integration.
• Conduct site assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and sustainability.
• Prepare technical reports on landscaping operations, resource usage, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, health and safety standards.
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
