The role involves shaping the overall awareness communication strategy, coordinating with entities to translate technical messages into engaging content for the public, and drafting periodic performance reports.

A strong background in media and a minimum four years in related fields are required.

Responsabilidades

• Contributes to strategies and plans for awareness campaigns with relevant entities.
• Contributes to development of the awareness communication strategy.
• Coordinates with entities to identify raw technical messages that rationalize energy consumption.
• Establishes understanding of the strategic direction of awareness communication and its objectives.
• Develops KPIs and contributes to monitoring processes.
• Identifies target audiences, prioritizes them, and determines outreach methods.
• Develops and analyzes research and studies related to awareness campaigns.
• Prepares periodic reports on department activities, achievements and suggestions for improving performance.
• Complies with work rules, cybersecurity policies, and unit procedures.
• Performs other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

• Contributes to the development of strategies and plans for awareness campaigns, and the preparation of related studies in coordination with the relevant entities.
• Contributes to the development of the awareness communication strategy.
• Contributes to coordinating with all relevant entities to identify the raw technical messages that help rationalize energy consumption and transform them into engaging messages for the target audience.
• Establishes a comprehensive understanding of the overall strategic direction of awareness communication, in addition to the strategic objectives, within the context of strategic content and key communication messages.
• Develops key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes to the development and monitoring process.
• Contributes to identifying target audiences, prioritizing them, and determining the optimal means of reaching each segment to influence them.
• Develops and analyzes research and studies related to awareness communication campaigns.
• Prepares periodic reports on the department's activities, achievements, and suggestions for improving its performance.
• Complies with work rules and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures of the organizational unit.
• Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Required Experience
