In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process-end, from invoice receipt and approval to payment to ensure financial accuracy and timeliness. As the Senior Specialist, your expertise will contribute to optimizing our payment processes and enhancing relationships with vendors. You will also play a key role in financial reporting and support audit activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate processing and timely payments of vendor invoices.
  • Review invoices for completeness and correctness, seeking necessary approvals in line with company policy.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the approval process and maintain effective communication with vendors.
  • Consistently review and improve accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance checks.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members within the accounts payable function.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
