Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Solution Architect to lead solutioning for prioritized customer segments in markets. You will partner with frontline teams to maximize impact across a multi-product toolkit and ensure cohesive, differentiated offerings.

The role combines architecture, strategy and collaboration across Sales, Product, Services and Marketing to deliver data-driven, scalable solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of product development, product management, consumer experience and problem solving.
• Good understanding of Mastercard products and services.
• Able to architect integrated solutions by combining MasterCard’s products and services to meet customer needs.
• Highly collaborative with strong communication and integration skills.
• Ability to rally internal stakeholders to support proposed solutions.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex value proposition and solution development, driving sale from pitch to closure.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Services and Marketing to design needs-based solutions.
• Identify the appropriate squad and experts for client opportunities or RFPs.
• Develop and quantify value propositions for integrated solutions across products and services.
• Iterate with frontline teams through proposal development to ensure client fit.
• Create business requirements documents with product specialists and technical architects.
