Job summary

ADREE is seeking a Software Technical, Senior Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on development for scalable, reliable software solutions. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality systems.

The role combines coding with leadership, architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with 2–3+ years in technical leadership or team lead roles.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of software initiatives and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and architectures.
• Design system architecture including microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Make technical decisions on design, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain production-ready software while staying hands-on.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support their growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and stakeholders on solutions and delivery.
• Support CI/CD adoption, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Participate in incident management and on-call rotations when required.
• Promote Agile/Scrum practices and drive continuous improvement.
