You will build strategy, supervise daily posts, ensure copy quality, and collaborate with design teams to deliver engaging assets and impactful campaigns. This role demands strong Arabic-English proficiency and regional market fluency.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Social Media Management, ideally within a creative or digital agency environment.
• Native-level Arabic with Gulf dialects and professional English.
• Strong knowledge of the MENA social media landscape across Snapchat, X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Acts as trusted advisor to clients with strong relationship skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with creative and production teams.
• Proficient in presenting strategies and monthly performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Support: Partner with the Account Director to ensure social media efforts align with client goals.
• Client Leadership: Lead client meetings as the voice for Social Media and manage expectations.
• Proposal Development: Contribute to proposals, upsells, and strategic recommendations.
• Team Mentorship: Manage Social Media Executives and monitor workload and quality.
• Develop social roadmaps and content pillars across platforms.
• Draft, edit, and publish high-quality bilingual posts daily.
• Manual scheduling and optimization of posts with appropriate tags and locations.
• Quality Control: Proofread copy before publishing.
• Collaborate with design/video teams for optimized assets.
• Grow communities by proposing features and promotions.
• Conduct live coverage at events and share real-time moments.
