Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a senior project manager to lead mega infrastructure project delivery in the KSA, ensuring progress, quality, and budget adherence. You will review technical documents, monitor deliverables, and manage stakeholder relationships across the region.

You will develop and implement policy and governance for planning, scheduling, and cost control, identifying actions and milestones to meet project objectives while driving a robust change control process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Architecture from a recognized university.
• Professional qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• 20+ years post-qualification experience in project management and mega infrastructure delivery in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful project delivery in terms of progress, quality and cost.
• Review and approve technical documents for compliance with project specs.
• Monitor deliverables to meet standards and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and adjust engagement strategies.
• Develop and implement policies for planning, scheduling, and controlling project costs.
• Identify actions and milestones to produce project deliverables.
• Establish a robust change control system and monitor scope changes.
• Develop detailed specifications based on design guidelines.
