Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a senior project manager in Saudi Arabia to lead delivery of mega infrastructure projects. You will oversee teams, ensure progress within quality and budget, review technical documents, and manage stakeholder relationships across the region and with AtkinsRéalis globally.

The role emphasizes governance, cost control, risk management, and change control while aligning with client objectives and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or architecture discipline.
• Professional qualifications like PMP, PRINCE2, etc.
• 20+ years post-qualification experience in project management of mega infrastructure in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of the project focusing on progress, quality and cost constraints.
• Review and approve technical documents submitted by the developer to the client for compliance with project specs.
• Monitor deliverables to meet standards and satisfy stakeholder requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and adapt engagement strategies as needed.
• Develop and implement project planning, scheduling, and control policies and documentation.
• Identify actions and milestones to produce project deliverables.
• Control project costs and expending through formal policies and procedures.
• Identify issues impacting the project and drive resolution.
• Establish a robust change control system with baseline and monitoring of changes.
• Develop detailed specifications based on design guidelines provided to the developer.
