Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Site QA/QC Manager to lead quality oversight on a major project. You will ensure consistency across quality supervision, mentor Quality Managers, and own the Project Quality Plan and lessons learned.

With 15+ years in quality roles and deep knowledge of construction quality processes, you will drive KPI reporting, audits, and compliance on site, while actively spending time on worksites to verify practices and address deficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, project management, or related field.
• 15+ years in a quality role on large projects.
• Expert knowledge of construction quality processes.
• Experience as lead Quality role on high-value programmes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall consistency of quality supervision.
• Line manager of Quality Managers.
• Backup of Quality Managers during absences.
• Collation and reporting of quality KPIs monthly.
• Owner of Project Quality Plan & Lesson Learned.
• Mentor deputies for quarterly audits of Contractors.
• Review select Contractor Quality documents as Final Approver.
• Mentor and monitor performance of Quality Managers.
