Job summary
Bilfinger Middle East is seeking a Maintenance Manager / Site Manager to lead the safe, reliable, and profitable execution of our Preventive Maintenance Services Contract in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. The role provides overall leadership for rotating, static, instrumentation, and electrical disciplines, ensuring compliance with client standards and Bilfinger procedures.
The position reports to the Western Region Operations Manager and requires strong planning, safety, and client-management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or related engineering field.
- 10–15 years of maintenance leadership experience in refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas.
- Minimum 3 years in the Middle East.
- 8+ years in Site/Maintenance/Contract manager roles.
- Proven experience managing large outsourced maintenance contracts.
- SAP PM experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of preventive maintenance across all disciplines.
- Ensure contract KPIs, safety and compliance.
- Manage costs, budget, and invoicing.
- Develop client relationships and reporting cadence.
- Drive continuous improvement and reliability.
