Job summary

Zawaya Albina Engineering Consultancy in Riyadh seeks an Architectural Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate design teams and ensure compliance with local codes, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience in architecture and engineering consultancy, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5–8 years in an engineering consultancy.
• Proven experience in managing architectural design and engineering supervision projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural and multidisciplinary projects from initiation to closeout.
• Prepare and monitor schedules, budgets, resources, and progress reports.
• Lead and coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and government authorities.
• Review drawings, reports, specs, and submissions for quality and compliance.
• Identify risks, delays, and technical issues; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Comply with Saudi Building Code and regulatory obligations.

Zawaya Albina Engineering Consultancy is looking for a qualified and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

Immediate joining is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage architectural and multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation through design, supervision, delivery, and project closeout.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and progress reports.
• Lead and coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams.
• Manage communication and coordination with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and relevant government authorities.
• Review architectural drawings, technical reports, specifications, and project submissions to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, and technical issues.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered within the approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, local authority requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an engineering consultancy firm.
• Proven experience in managing architectural design and engineering supervision projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local authority requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is preferred.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is required.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
