Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in Saudi Arabia to support medium-to-high complexity security engagements. You will work with clients and partners remotely and onsite, focusing on firewall implementations and optimizing Fortinet services.

The role requires a strong team player with excellent communication and documentation skills, plus 6+ years in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting and 3+ years in Network Security. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support and/or administration.
• 3+ years’ experience with Network Security Products.
• Expertise in NGFW and at least 2 of the listed security technologies.
• Very good presentation and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops understanding of customer engagement scope and requirements.
• Participates in architecture workshops and designs documents (High/Low Level Design, Migration/Test Plans).
• Handles deployment, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of Fortinet solutions at customer sites.
• Delivers knowledge transfer and ensures timely issue resolution and project closure.
