Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in CS/STEM or equivalent professional background.
• Strong motivation to work at the forefront of security technology.
• Experience with threat modelling and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evolve security operations standards, procedures, and playbooks.
• Analyze and improve security architecture across infrastructure and development.
• Evaluate, deploy, and improve security tools and practices.
• Identify, investigate, contain, and remediate security threats and attacks.
• Apply threat modelling and risk management to prioritize controls.
• Lead tabletop exercises and SOC-related activities with engineering teams.
• Develop security learning materials to build capabilities.
• Monitor security KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to threat intelligence initiatives and community knowledge sharing.
• Develop thought leadership through technical content and events.
• Collaborate with leadership to communicate risks and drive improvements.
• Plan and deliver security operations initiatives in an agile setting.
