Job summary

Air Products in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Security Operations & Joint Venture Manager to lead operational security across Joint Ventures and assets. This is a hands-on role involving day-to-day security operations, incident leadership, and engagement with JV leadership, site teams, and third-party providers to build capable security programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in security operations or crisis response within industrial, energy, or infrastructure environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with ability to brief leadership and prepare reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading security teams and managing performance with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational security interface with Joint Venture partners in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliant security arrangements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security and incident response processes across Joint Ventures.
• Monitor MaRC incidents and ensure accurate reporting and escalation to leadership.
• Oversee badge management, access control, and site security governance.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Engineering, Legal, Safety, HR and regulators to ensure integrated security delivery.
