WSP in the Middle East seeks a Senior Security Consultant to join our Security Risk Management team. The role focuses on delivering design and advisory services to protect people, assets, and operations on landmark developments and critical infrastructure across the region.

You will lead security risk assessments, strategic design work, and audits, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate security into complex built environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Risk Management, Physical Security Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in physical security within built environment or management consulting.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CSC (highly desirable).
• Proven track record delivering high-profile projects across commercial, mixed-use, residential, and critical infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Represent WSP’s Security Risk Management team with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead and deliver security risk assessments, strategic design work, and audits of existing facilities.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate security into complex built environment projects.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, attending client meetings, and converting leads into project wins.
