Job summary

WSP in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Technical Director to lead our Property & Buildings team. This high-visibility, client-facing role will coordinate architecture, structure, and services across major projects in Saudi Arabia. The position combines senior project leadership with active work-winning and strong client engagement.

You will guide technical delivery, manage risk, and leverage WSP’s regional and global network to deliver outstanding results for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Western education in architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Excellent client-facing and leadership capabilities.
• Strong English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent WSP’s Property & Buildings capabilities to clients and prospects.
• Maintain client confidence through clear communication and coordinated responses.
• Lead development of technical approaches, scopes, and fee proposals.
• Oversee multidisciplinary design and delivery across projects.
• Develop senior client relationships and lead work-winning activities.
