Bechtel in Riyadh is seeking a senior scheduler to support Expo 2030 Riyadh infrastructure programs. You will help prepare, establish, and maintain project schedules, develop work breakdown structures, and monitor progress to drive on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with multiple contractors, analyze critical paths, and produce recovery plans while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and milestones. Saudi project experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Around 12 years of planning and scheduling experience on major infrastructure, utilities, industrial or capital projects.
• Experience in PMO, PMC, EPCM or major-project delivery environment, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• Experience coordinating multi-contractor schedules and system-based completion across complex interfaces.

• Performs schedule development including WBS, duration, logic ties, and expenditure.
• Performs schedule monitoring and updates for critical activities and metrics.
• Maintains critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics.
• Conducts schedule analyses and studies to identify critical activities and recovery options.
• Reviews contractors’ baseline schedules against contractual requirements and milestones.
