Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a seasoned schedule professional to support the Expo 2030 Riyadh project. You will assist in the preparation, establishment, and maintenance of schedule data for proposals or contracts, and perform schedule development, monitoring, and analysis to optimize critical activities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Approximately 12 years of planning and scheduling experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience in PMO/PMC/EPCM or major-project delivery in KSA or Middle East.
• Experience integrating multi-contractor schedules and coordinating system-based completion across complex interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of schedule data for proposals or contracts.
• Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline area or specialty.
• Performs schedule development duties including WBS, activity duration, workflow logic, and job expenditure.
• Performs schedule monitoring including identifying critical activities and updates.
• Maintains critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics.
• Performs schedule analysis and studies to determine criticality and recovery plans.
• Reviews contractors' baseline schedules against contractual requirements and milestones.
• Prepares consolidated schedule review comments for correction and approval.
• Reviews contractors' regular schedule updates including progress, forecast dates, critical path changes, delays, and recovery actions.
