Job summary

You will mentor teams, supervise design inputs, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering complex automation projects. The role requires 8+ years in industrial automation, PLCs, HMIs, and large-scale SCADA packages, with experience in Yokogawa CI Server, FAST/TOOLS, and STARDOM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or automation.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial automation, PLCs, HMIs, and large-scale SCADA packages (preferably Yokogawa CI Server, FAST/TOOLS and STARDOM).
• Experience delivering SCADA/RTU engineering projects across multiple sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Design SCADA and RTU engineering solutions; supervise testing and validation.
• Build scalable SCADA layouts, HMI graphics, and alarm management strategies; link databases.
• Lead engineering teams, mentor junior staff, and set coding/technical standards across sites.
• Contribute to engineering standards and specifications; evaluate effectiveness within the discipline.
• Carry out inspections with customers to ensure conformance with specifications and regulations.
• Proactively address issues or needs with potential causes and barriers.
• Support project and contract management to deliver outcomes within plans.
• Work within knowledge management systems to reuse lessons learned.
