Job summary

SSC Egypt seeks a Senior SAP Production Planning & Quality Management Consultant for its Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Lahore, Pakistan offices. You will lead design, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP PP and QM across group entities, with MM integration experience, partnering with operations, procurement, and quality teams.

The role requires 10–15 years of SAP PP/QM hands-on config, 5 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, strong PP/QM-MM integration, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of hands‑on SAP PP and QM configuration experience.
• At least 5 full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP MM sufficient to manage PP/QM–MM integration points independently.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or process industry environment strongly preferred.
• Prior experience supporting multi‑entity or multi‑plant SAP landscapes is an advantage.
• Strong configuration expertise in SAP PP (MRP, BOM, routing, production orders) and SAP QM (inspection planning, notifications, certificates).
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Fiori apps relevant to production and quality processes.
• Familiarity with integration to PM, SD, and FI/CO from a PP/QM perspective is a plus.
• Understanding of ABAP debugging and ability to write clear functional specifications.
• SAP certification in PP and/or QM is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, support, and continuously improve SAP PP and QM modules across group manufacturing entities.
• Ensure PP/QM–MM integration supports seamless procure‑to‑produce and produce‑to‑inspect processes.
• Partner with plant operations, procurement, and quality teams to optimize production planning and quality controls.

Senior SAP Production Planning & Quality Management Consultant

Our prestigious client based in KSA, wants to hire for its Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Lahore, Pakistan Offices. The client is primarily working in Oil and Gas Sector and is seeking a Senior SAP Production Planning & Quality Management Consultant (with Material Management Integration Exposure) to join its Multicultural team and work on exciting projects that challenge creativity and innovation.

The Senior SAP PP & QM Consultant is responsible for the design, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules across Group manufacturing and industrial entities, with strong working exposure to Materials Management (MM) to ensure seamless procure-to-produce and produce-to-inspect process integration. The role acts as the functional authority for production planning, shop‑floor execution, and quality processes within the SAP landscape, partnering closely with plant operations, procurement, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of hands‑on SAP PP and QM configuration experience, including at least 5 full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP MM sufficient to manage PP/QM–MM integration points independently.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or process industry environment strongly preferred.
• Prior experience supporting multi‑entity or multi‑plant SAP landscapes is an advantage.

• SAP certification in PP and/or QM is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to process detail.
• Effective stakeholder management across plant operations, quality, procurement, and IT.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently across multiple Group entities and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong documentation discipline and commitment to knowledge sharing.
