Our client is actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Sales Executive to lead Revenue Generation, Client Acquisition strategies for an innovative engineered product, focusing on growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction. This pivotal role demands expertise in managing high-performing sales, positioning sustainable products effectively, and driving toward achieving ambitious goals.

Responsibilities
  • Set and surpass sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish and manage a strong distribution network, collaborating with distributors, retailers, and industrial customers.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and refine strategies to ensure consistent growth.
Marketing Leadership
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including product messaging, branding, and campaigns tailored to key markets.
  • Leverage digital and traditional marketing channels to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams to produce impactful materials such as brochures, demos, and case studies.
  • Work with product and R&D teams to integrate customer feedback into product innovation.
