Job summary

Confidential is seeking a highly skilled Road Inspector to join the Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh. The role focuses on civil engineering and transportation projects involving roads, highways, bridges and tunnels in urban environments.

You will coordinate all technical aspects of road works, ensure quality control, review drawings, and monitor construction methods while collaborating with structures, drainage, ITS, and material teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with road design focus.
• Professional affiliations with RICS, IQS, ICES, or CIOB.
• 7+ years of project management experience in mega construction.
• Knowledge of construction, design, and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Technical control of road works and coordination with other disciplines.
• Resolve design issues or escalate with home office support.
• Provide design change advice and supervision of shop drawings.
• Review contractor drawings and materials for compliance.
• Assess Value Engineering proposals and report findings.
• Serve as liaison between Road Engineering and Technical Manager.
