Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer - Rigging and Operations to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for rigging, safety, and operational procedures in oil & gas, construction, or EPC settings.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in the industry with at least 5 years in a training capacity, strong English communication, and certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a training role.
• Strong knowledge of rigging practices, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or EPC sectors is highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Certifications related to rigging and safety training (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) are preferred.
• Ability to conduct competency-based assessments and deliver engaging training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training courses on rigging and operational procedures
• Create and maintain up-to-date training materials aligned with industry standards and safety regulations
• Assess trainee competencies and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote best practices in all training activities
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to tailor training programs to specific operational requirements
