Job summary

ERAM Talent is seeking a Mechanical Trainer in Saudi Arabia to deliver theoretical and hands-on training in mechanical maintenance, rotating and static equipment, troubleshooting, and overhaul practices to raise workforce competency and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities include training on equipment, lubrication, alignment, vibration analysis, and evaluating trainee performance, while maintaining records and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related mechanical discipline.
• High School or Vocational Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years Oil & Gas experience with degree; 11 years without degree.
• Strong knowledge of rotating and static mechanical equipment, maintenance, machining, and overhaul.
• Experience with compressors, gas turbines, steam turbines, engines, gearboxes, and mechanical seals.
• Knowledge of relief valves, valve actuators, MOV actuators, and vibration analysis.
• Vibration Analysis Level I and/or OSHA certifications preferred.
• Oil & Gas and/or petrochemical industry experience required.
• IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL equivalent English proficiency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training on mechanical equipment, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Train personnel on rotating and static equipment, compressors, gas and steam turbines, engines, gearboxes, and mechanical seals.
• Develop and deliver training materials, demonstrations, and competency assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance and identify areas for further technical development.
• Ensure training activities adhere to Oil & Gas industry standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain training records and provide feedback on trainee progress.
