Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Reporting Specialist in Saudi Arabia to join our projects and help manage data-driven reporting for key programmes.

You will build dashboards, validate contractor progress, and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting for internal and external stakeholders. The role requires advanced Excel and PowerBI skills and a track record in project controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in project controls.
• Expert level Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with PowerBI or similar.
• Prior experience in staff management.

Responsibilities

• Manage collation and analysis of data related to KPIs and reports
• Support production of periodic reports for Supervision Consultant and Lead Design Consultant
• Review validations of Contractor progress prior to issuing validation to PMC/Client
• Obtain progress information from other managers and staff
• Ensure all reporting meets project requirements
• Create dashboards for internal and external presentation
• Assist in production of progress claims
• Assist Client in preparing data related to Contractor claims
