Job summary

KBR seeks a Reliability Engineer to coordinate and execute the Total Reliability program across refinery assets. You will lead criticality analysis, collect data, and drive reliability improvements while integrating SAP data and maintenance procedures.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, RCA/ACA skills, and governance of KPI delivery to ensure asset health throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering is required.
• The candidate shall have site Reliability background and strong knowledge in Refinery Processes.
• Training in root cause failure analysis methodology (e.g. Apollo RCA) and facilitation of RCA/ACA.
• Knowledge of SIS and RBI is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant oil/gas/petrochemical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare framework and methodology for criticality assessment and reliability improvement.
• Lead Asset Criticality Analysis for refinery assets and collect data for workshops.
• Interpret data and upload supporting documents into SAP.
• Champion reliability methodologies across asset types to sustain operational excellence.
• Lead reviews and provide guidance on reliability culture development in projects.
