Job summary

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority is seeking a senior advisor to lead advisory support for legal queries related to customs and taxation. You will develop and monitor the ticketing system guidelines, publish FAQs, and ensure high-quality responses to complex regulatory questions.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external regulators, prepare performance reports, and drive improvements in processes and policy drafting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Studies required.
• Master's degree in Legal Studies preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory support planning for legal queries and knowledge management.
• Provide findings to improve customs practices and guidance.
• Respond to internal/external queries ensuring policy compliance.
• Publish and maintain FAQ databases for taxpayer information.
• Prepare final advisory reports and present to regulators.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and government entities as needed.
