Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead work activities and provide autonomous guidance toward long-term objectives.
• Develop and implement legal support ticketing and knowledge management systems.
• Respond to internal and external queries on customs laws with timely resolutions.
• Maintain FAQs and publish updates to improve taxpayer experience.
• Prepare advisory reports, participate in meetings with regulatory bodies.
