Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Manager of Development to oversee planning, development, and delivery across assigned assets and districts. You will align business objectives with design, commercial needs, and timelines to hit milestones and budget targets.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring governance compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of development lifecycle and governance processes.
• Ability to manage schedules and budget across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day development activities for assigned projects from concept through delivery.
• Coordinate with design, project delivery, commercial, finance, and infrastructure teams to ensure progression.
• Support feasibility studies, business cases, development briefs, and investment appraisals.
• Manage project schedules, development budgets, and milestones.
• Monitor risks and develop mitigation plans for schedule, cost, and delivery.
• Review design submissions for alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate internal approvals and stage gate submissions.
• Manage external consultants and service providers for timely delivery.
• Support procurement activities and consultant appointments.
• Prepare executive reports and development updates for senior management.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, consultants, operators, and investors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and development procedures.
