Job summary

AtkinsRéalis's team in Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a large-scale masterplan development project. You will manage cost controls, prepare BOQs, and support commercial negotiations to ensure compliance with FIDIC-based contracts.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of QS experience, a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, and strong analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years’ QS experience.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile project within in Saudi Arabia.

About you Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.

5–10 years’ QS experience.

Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
