Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all quantity surveying and commercial activities.
• Establish and maintain project cost plans, budgets, and cash flows.
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage procurement strategies, tender evaluations, and contract awards.
• Administer contracts, including variations and final accounts.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to clients.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams on cost impacts.
• Lead, mentor, and manage QS team members.
