Job summary

Mace in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant with FIDIC engineering responsibility to lead commercial delivery on a ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project, overseeing budgets, risks and stakeholder collaboration.

You will drive safety, quality, and value through planning, subcontract management, tenders, and KPI delivery, while mentoring design teams and collaborating with global consultants to protect margins and deliver on the project scope.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management (or equivalent).
• MRICS/RICS qualification or working towards accreditation.
• Strong commercial management including contracts, risk, change control and cost optimisation.
• Experience in FIDIC contracts.
• Knowledge of Contract Administration and Contract Management.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Preparing monthly commercial reports.
• Developed planning and organisational skills.
• Provides clear direction and drives high performance.
• Encourages and recognises team contribution.
• Supports wider team to meet plans.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity and responsible delivery across every project.
• Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
• Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practice and unlock potential across Mace.
• Manage subcontract packages from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare tender documentation, administer tenders and support material procurement.
• Report commercial performance, cost control, change, risk and opportunity to protect margin.
• Collaborate across teams to drive value engineering, reduce carbon and deliver shared outcomes.
