Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide end-to-end commercial oversight for major projects in the region.

You will manage payments, claims, variations, cost monitoring, and contract administration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and maintain compliance.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying and 12+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial management across multiple construction sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end commercial oversight from contract award to final account.
• Manage payment certification, claims, variations, and cost monitoring.
• Advise on payment certificates and subcontractor invoicing.
• Lead contract administration, risk management, and change control.
• Support tender strategy, bid evaluation, and procurement documentation.
