Job summary

Outdoor Factory MEA is seeking a Quality Assurance leader to oversee production quality from a field office, ensuring compliance with standards and reporting on performance metrics.

The role requires hands-on inspections, monitoring of processes, and development of continuous quality improvements, with the ability to communicate issues promptly and translate customer feedback into actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Architecture, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge and experience with quality management systems and standards.
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, with a total of at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with exceptional feedback and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous inspections to verify project compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and prepare comprehensive quality control reports.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Promptly communicate any identified non-conforming products or production issues to responsible parties.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable solution recommendations.
