Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Riyadh seeks a senior Quality Assurance professional to oversee QA/QC activities across multiple high-rise projects from design through construction to handover. You will coordinate project teams, ensure regular quality reporting to senior management, embed the Quality policy across staff, and support tendering and design inputs.

The role requires a university degree, at least eight years of relevant experience, and strong skills in communication, organisation and ISO/API

Qualifications

• Experience in development and delivery of projects in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• QA/QC across multiple projects through the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate project teams including external consultants, contractors and service providers.
• Deliver continuous quality reporting to senior management.
• Ensure cross-functional internal communication and interface coordination.
• Manage quality meetings, minutes and action tracking.
• Support tendering for small works with Procurement.
• Contribute inputs from design teams to finalise project designs.
• Develop Quality Control processes to meet requirements.
• Communicate and embed the Quality policy across staff.
• Identify and mitigate quality risks and non-compliance and authorize remedial actions.
