Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Specialist, QA & PMS to support Quality Assurance and Post Market Surveillance within the MENA region. You will help ensure product quality, safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating with EEMEA and global RAQA teams.

Location is Riyadh with a hybrid work arrangement (on-site three days per week) and travel up to 10% across the MENA region and internationally. A strong QA background and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Post Market Surveillance, or a related healthcare or medical device environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance principles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Executing QA and PMS activities in line with local, regional, and corporate procedures.
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the local QMS for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinating product safety reporting with healthcare professionals, distributors, and regulators.
• Managing quality events, non-conformances, CAPAs, and follow-up actions.
• Developing, updating, and implementing quality procedures and SOPs.
• Participating in audits and inspection readiness activities.
• Delivering quality training and onboarding for new team members.
• Working cross-functionally to integrate quality requirements into processes.
• Monitoring QA and PMS metrics and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promoting a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
