• Non‑functional testing (E.g. load, performance, Usability) experience (E.g. Jmeter, Gatling, Vegeta)
• Professional experience across the entire Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tooling (E.g. Git, GitHub, Jenkins)
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (E.g. Runscope)
• Excellent communication skills; explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
• Willingness to challenge existing practices in order to make them better
