Job summary

Ecojob is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in Al Qatif, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting, and communication skills, with experience in international projects preferred but not mandatory. Excellent organizational abilities will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, objectives, resources, and timelines.
• Delegate tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and budget.
• Manage day-to-day operations including risk management and progress monitoring.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials/services.
• Monitor scope changes and inform stakeholders promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and final project summaries for senior management.
