Job summary

El-Takamol is seeking a Project Manager for a role in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a project manager role. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates must possess a BSc in Civil Engineering, PMP certification, and be fluent in Arabic and English. A valid driving license is also required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management with 3 years as a Project Manager.
• Fluent in Arabic (native) and very good in English.
• Possess a valid driving license.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor the approved work schedule to achieve the required progress.
• Check the SVR, Prohibition notice, safety violation to monitor safety requirement as per contract client.
• Collect all the quality parameters like CAN, QAN, & NCR to fulfill the requirement of the quality from the client.
• Submitting progress invoices to maintain the cash flow.
• Conduct progress meetings with the operation manager, CEO presentation meeting, and internal site progress meeting to run the project professionally and get management comments.
• Monitor and control wastage of material to reduce wastage and keep material within company standard wastage limits.
• Identify critical activities and troubleshoot to keep the project on schedule.
• Check invoices of subcontractors and suppliers to run the subcontractor in a professional way.
• Submit and approve shop drawings/as-built drawings and submit & approve materials to maintain the project within the timeframe.
• Ensure all types of work follow HSE rules to ensure safety during duties as per attached General rules.
• Organize and motivate the project team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
