Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Project Director - Head of Delivery for our Commercial Office Business Unit (SPA 211). In this leadership position, you will oversee the delivery of high-profile commercial office projects that are central to our vision of creating a vibrant and innovative working environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring that these projects are executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget, contributing to the evolving landscape of Qiddiya. The Primary focus is on our Qiddiya Campus.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the entire project delivery process for commercial office developments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project delivery plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and financial performance tracking.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and consultants to streamline communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee all aspects of construction and project management, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental considerations.
  • Monitor project status and performance, addressing challenges and implementing solutions in real-time to maintain progress.
  • Engage with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to provide updates and gather feedback, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and executives, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Champion operational excellence and best practices in project delivery, ensuring continuous improvement across the department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically in delivering commercial office buildings or large-scale developments.
  • Must have worked in a Contractors/Builder environment
