Rawaj HCM Jobs is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to lead the project cost accounting function for large-scale EPC telecom projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on accurate cost allocation, profitability analysis, budgeting, and IFRS-compliant financial reporting across multiple projects.

The position requires hands-on finance expertise in cost control from initiation to close-out, with cross-functional collaboration to drive timely, insightful decision support for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CMA/ACCA/SOCPA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• 8+ years in Cost/Project Accounting or Project Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project cost accounting across multiple telecom infrastructure and EPC projects.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle: setup, budgeting, cost accumulation, forecasting, close-out, and reconciliation.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive project cost reports highlighting performance, risks, and actions.
