Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer for our Riyadh team to lead project cost management across roads, tunnels, highways, and bridges. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control strategies while aligning with client requirements and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in cost control and site supervision within a consulting setting, with strong knowledge of Primavera, SAP, and Oracle. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCE) is a plus.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in cost control and project management for infrastructure projects.
Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure cost management, preferably in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of project cost management, including budgets, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
Develop comprehensive budgets based on project scope and requirements.
Implement cost control mechanisms to monitor expenditures and address variances.
