Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine ambition. You will lead and enhance project controls across a complex portfolio within KSIA, providing strategic oversight of planning, risk, reporting, governance and performance management.

Work as part of a Mace team, guiding PMO delivery, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, and developing the project controls team to meet ambitious sustainability and net-zero commitments.

Formación

• Significant project controls leadership experience on major infrastructure, aviation, transport or megaprojects.
• Strong expertise across planning, reporting, risk, change management and governance.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, Power BI, Aconex and other project controls systems.
• Experience implementing Project Controls and PMO frameworks within complex delivery environments.
• Proven ability to influence and manage senior client, consultant and contractor stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship management skills.
• Relevant degree in Engineering/Construction/PM or related field.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and satisfy client approval requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the delivery of Project Controls and PMO services across complex programmes.
• Driving integrated planning, reporting, risk, change and performance management processes.
• Establishing and maintaining project controls frameworks, governance structures and assurance processes.
• Supporting cross-programme integration and managing dependencies, interfaces and constraints.
• Developing and enhancing programme reporting and performance dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Driving the implementation and optimisation of Programme Management Information Systems (PMIS).
• Providing strategic advice and technical leadership on project controls, planning, reporting and risk management.
• Managing stakeholder engagement across client, consultant and contractor organisations.
• Leading, mentoring and developing project controls professionals within the programme team.
