Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company seeks a Project Controls Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. The role ensures projects run on time, within budget, and to specifications through strong planning, cost control, and risk management.

You will monitor performance, develop control systems, and report status to stakeholders. Strong communication and analytical skills, plus experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: minimum 15 years in project controls, ideally in construction.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Project; cost control, scheduling, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and scheduling activities to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
• Assist the client to analyze and track the variations/claims approval process.
• Monitor project performance, analyzing key metrics and reporting findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of project control systems, workflows, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify deviations from plans and work on corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and clients on project status, cost, and schedule.
• Participate in risk management processes, ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigated.
• Foster communication between different project stakeholders to enhance project coordination.
