Job summary

HanmiGlobal seeks a highly qualified Project Control Manager for a mega land and infrastructure program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead program-wide project controls, ensuring integrated cost control, progress measurement, and performance forecasting to support PMCM management and the client.

You will coordinate with Planning & Scheduling, Commercial, Risk, and Technical Teams to deliver unified reporting, dashboards, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Chartered professional membership or equivalent accreditation.
• 15+ years of experience in project controls or program controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program-wide Project Controls Framework and governance.
• Monitor cost performance, budgets, forecasts, and progress baselines.
• Establish KPI frameworks and schedule/cost performance metrics.
• Conduct forecasting, trend analysis, and EVM assessments.
• Prepare executive dashboards and strategic recommendations for client.
